It seems that the Bing Maps team finally decided to add the main features. Bing Maps now offers search suggestions on Bing Maps for your latest searches.

By clicking on the search box in Bing Maps, you will find suggestions for your last search. When you start writing, Bing will look for your last search.
and send suggestions that match your search.

You can always delete your search history from the Microsoft account Privacy page.
