Data Loss Prevention (DLP)-protected files must be unlocked before they may be opened and read. You may unlock individual files or the whole contents of a folder.

Depending on your administrator's settings, you may be able to access restricted files automatically while signed in as an authorized user on your laptop. However, if you are unable to access a protected file or its contents are encrypted, you must unlock the file before you may open and read its contents.
