This could mean cramming in 135 minutes of activity per week for the younger grades, or even a whopping 225 minutes over two weeks for the middle schoolers. Those are some serious cardio goals, Texas!

Well, it turns out sitting around all day isn't exactly good for growing bodies (or minds for that matter). Regular physical activity can help kids with things like:
