Ah, Los Angeles. City of Angels, land of beaches and dreams, home to the world's most persistent traffic jam (looking at you, 405). But there's a little-known fact about LA that might blow your flip-flops off (metaphorically, of course, because littering is bad, mmmkay?). West Coast Wonder? Not Quite!
We all picture LA perched on the edge of the continent, right? Sunsets so fire they practically have their own Instagram account. But here's the thing, folks: there are actually six, yes SIX, state capitals that hold the title "Westier Than LA."
Wait, what? Hold onto your surfboards, dudes and dudettes. We're about to meet this unexpected west coast crew:
- Olympia, Washington: Evergreen state living at its finest. While Seattle may steal the spotlight, Olympia reigns supreme in the "Most Westerly Capital (Besides Those Other Ones)" category.
