How to Not Miss Your Shot at Being a Texas A&M Aggie: A Guide for the Chronically Forgetful (and Everyone Else)
Ah, Texas A&M University. Home of the Aggies, midnight yell practice, and a mascot so cute it'll make you forget about all that homework (sorry, Reveille, but priorities). But before you can be whooping it up with the rest of the student body, there's that pesky little hurdle called the application deadline.
Fear not, fellow procrastinators (and those of you who actually plan ahead), this guide is here to save you from application oblivion!
The Two Deadlines You Need to Know (Unless You're a Master Procrastinator)
The Early Bird Gets the Aggie: That's right, Texas A&M offers an Early Action deadline of October 15th. This means you get your application in early, showcasing your enthusiasm (and maybe avoiding the avalanche of regular applications). Plus, you get your decision back sooner, leaving you with ample time to plan your Aggie-themed wardrobe (Gig 'em!).
The Regular Folks' Route (But Still Totally Acceptable): For those of us who operate on a slightly less punctual schedule, there's the regular application deadline of December 1st. Plenty of time to, you know, actually write those essays and maybe even dig out your high school transcripts from under that pile of laundry.
Procrastinator Pro-Tip: While December 1st is the official deadline, applications submitted after that are considered on a space-available basis. Don't tempt fate, my friends. Get it in early!
Deadlines for the Extraordinarily Determined (or Those Who Like Deadlines?)
Thinking about grad school? Texas A&M has deadlines for that too (of course they do). These vary depending on the program, but generally fall in August, January, and March. Check the specific program you're interested in for exact dates.

There are additional deadlines for international students to ensure all your paperwork gets processed in time.
