- Taking a Stand: Before we delve into deletion, let's prevent future Live Photo fiascos. Open the Camera app, tap the little Live Photos icon (it looks like a bullseye with three rings) and make sure it's not yellow. Disable Live Photos and you'll be snapping static masterpieces from now on.

Mission Briefing: Launch the Photos app. Here's where things get thrilling. You have two main options for deleting Live Photos: say goodbye to the whole moving mess, or extract the single still image and keep it as a regular photo.

- Target Acquired: Find the Live Photo you want to banish.
- Engage Selection: Tap to open it.
