Curfew in Los Angeles: Not Quite Batman's Gotham (But Close-ish)

- Just exercising your freedom...of movement...to the movie theater? As long as you're going to and from a permitted activity, you're in the clear.
Why the curfew, bro?
This is where things get interesting. The idea is to keep young folks safe. Less unsupervised wandering at night means fewer opportunities for trouble, right?
