Mountain Time Mavericks:
Way out west, in El Paso and Hudspeth County, they follow the beat of a different drum, or rather, a different time zone. They're Mountain Time Mavericks, movin' and groovin' to 3:02 pm right about now.
So, What Time Is It Really in Texas?
Well, that depends on where you're at in this big ol' state. But fear not, friend! If you're planning a virtual hoedown with your Texan pals, just ask them where they're at and adjust your schedule accordingly.
Bonus Tip:
If you ever find yourself lost in the vast plains of Texas and your phone's deader than a tumbleweed, just look up at the sun. If it's high noon and your stomach's a-rumblin', then it's probably lunchtime somewhere in Texas.
