The Near-Death Experience That Had Us All Googling "Chicago P.D. Fan Fiction: Voight Lives"
Remember that whole "Voight gets kidnapped by a vengeance-seeking ex-cop" situation in season 11? Yeah, that wasn't exactly a walk in the park. We saw him drugged, bloody, and looking about as lively as a day-old donut. Spoiler alert (although, at this point, it's practically ancient history), Voight pulls through, thanks in no small part to a ghostly pep talk from his late partner, Alvin Olinsky.
