Ah, California. The land of sunshine, surf, and... well, not much legal sports betting. That’s right folks, while you can legally bet on a horse’s backside faster than you can say "Golden Gate Fields", trying to put your money on the Rams, Lakers, or Dodgers is about as easy as finding a parking spot in Beverly Hills during awards season.
