Let's get down to brass tacks. Where on Earth is all this smoke coming from? Well, folks, it's a long way north. We're talking Canada north. Those friendly neighbors of ours up there seem to have a penchant for setting things on fire. Wildfires, to be precise. And when we say wildfires, we mean massive, out-of-control wildfires. Think of it as a Canadian barbecue gone horribly wrong.
