Where Will Arsenal Train In Los Angeles

Arsenal in LA: Will They Find Their Hollywood Ending?

So, the Gunners are swapping North London for the City of Angels. That’s right, Arsenal FC is jetting off to sunny Los Angeles for a bit of pre-season training. I mean, who can blame them? Swap the rain for the rays, the Emirates for the Hollywood sign, and the pies for some seriously good avocado toast. It’s a no-brainer, really.

Where's the Pitch, Pete?

Now, the burning question on everyone’s lips (or at least, those of us who care about such things) is: where exactly will these footballing gods be honing their skills? Will they be practicing their crosses on the beach? Or maybe perfecting their free-kicks at the Staples Center? Kidding aside, we can confirm that Arsenal will be training at the LA Rams training facility. So, no sandcastles or slam dunks, unfortunately.

Will They Be Any Good in the Heat?

Let’s be honest, the English weather isn’t exactly known for its tropical climate. So, how will these boys cope with the LA heat? Will they melt into a puddle of sweat before they even kick a ball? Or will they rise to the challenge and become tanned, toned versions of their former selves? Only time will tell. But one thing’s for sure, they’ll need to stock up on the sunscreen.

Can We Go Watch?

Ah, the age-old question. Can mere mortals like us catch a glimpse of these footballing superstars in action? Unfortunately, the training sessions are closed to the public. So, no chance of sneaking a peek over the fence or hoping to bump into Aubameyang at the grocery store. But don’t despair! There are still plenty of opportunities to see Arsenal in action during their US tour, with matches against Bournemouth, Manchester United, and Liverpool.

How to... Arsenal Edition

  1. How to survive the LA heat like a pro footballer: Drink plenty of water, wear a hat, and avoid training at midday.
  2. How to pretend you know about American football: Just nod enthusiastically when someone mentions the Super Bowl or Tom Brady.
  3. How to impress your mates with Arsenal trivia: Learn the names of the entire squad, past and present.
  4. How to cope with Arsenal’s inevitable defeat in the Champions League: Stock up on chocolate and your favorite comfort blanket.
  5. How to become an Arsenal fan: Support the team through thick and thin, even when they lose to Burnley.

So, there you have it. Arsenal’s LA adventure. Let’s hope they come back with a trophy (or at least a decent tan).
