Another way to accelerate a diablo is by doubleclutching the transmission when shifting gears. This allows the engine and transmission to match speeds reducing the amount of time it takes to shift into gear and gaining precious fractions of a second. Doubleclutching also reduces the amount of wear on the transmission's various components so it's a good practice to get into for everyday driving as well as highperformance driving.
