First you need to receive the written offer letter. Once you have received the letter you need to discuss the compensation details job responsibilities and benefits. Once the details are agreed upon you can sign the offer letter. If you are not sure about any of the terms don't be afraid to ask questions or request changes to the offer letter. Once both parties have signed the agreement the apprenticeship can begin. It is important to keep a record of all dealings including communication about the apprenticeship in case there are any issues in the future.
