When you think about traditional slots you think of the usual fruit slot games that have been around for decades and maybe some avid players will think of specific games that they have played. But, since technology has started to improve and slots have gained more popularity through online casinos, weirder slot game themes are being created and made popular. So what are the weirdest?
Sharknado
Licensing in slots has ben around for a long time with some of the most popular slots games being licensed games that incorporate music or films, like Jimi Hendrix slot for example. So when online developers, Pairplay, announced the release of a Sharknado game, the instant reaction for most people, including mine, was to laugh in all honesty. Why would they make this? How would it work? So many questions needed answers and playing it did help. One of the main things about Sharknado was how terrible it was, even people with an obvious fear of sharks enjoyed the film because of how ludicrous it was. Luckily for the developers, the game was not like this, it had the charm of the film with easter eggs for fans and good wilds and bonus features. Overall, the game is interesting and fun to play.
Kenneth Must Die
When you hear this name you might not even think that this game sounds weird and in all honesty, this isn't the weirdest game here. It is actually the most enjoyable, the upcoming slot Kenneth Must Die from NoLimit is a new slot that uses ‘Kinky Kenneth’ and ‘Kinky Wife’ symbols and this is arguably what makes it weird. It uses the gimp transform when two gimp symbols pop up. The whole point of the game is that it is normal and Kenneth and his family are normal until you get the gimp symbols and you see the fantasies that Kenneth has deep down. It is strange because it is a game about bdsm which you don't expect when you play slots.
Judge Judy
Judge Judy is one of the most iconic people on TV but a jump into slots is not what I expected and I'm sure you feel the same. Judge Judy has a sassy attitude that people really gravitate towards and this game enhances the fan experience so well and makes it translate to the game so well. They play video clips from the courtroom as they spin so you can hear Judge Judy shouting at the defendants. The iconic voice and quips that she has get played while you spin and if you get a bonus round she hits her gavel which just adds to the experience of this game.
Machine Gun Unicorn
This game is great because it mashes up the cute unicorns and has a nice theme with zombies and actions. It is similar to My Little Pony with pastel colours and has them attacked by the undead monsters. They give the unicorns both machine guns and help them fight back against the zombies. The backdrop shows the unicorns and has the mix by putting zombies' heads behind them which I find really funny. A bonus feature is triggered by a guntouting unicorn symbol landing on the third reel. Then the unicorn blows away the zombie jars with all of their bullets to reveal cash prizes. Considering the cute main characters, the level of gore and violence you get is very enjoyable and weirdly entertaining.
This is just a small list of the weirdest games that I have played and all of them I find really enjoyable. My personal favourite is Kenneth Must Die, as it is the most fun top play and you can get some good wins.
