The OG Trio is Back!
Good news, everyone! We’re officially getting a reunion of sorts. Our beloved original cast members, S. Epatha Merkerson, Oliver Platt, and Marlyne Barrett, have signed on for another season. That’s right, Sharon Goodwin, Daniel Charles, and Maggie Lockwood are sticking around to keep Gaffney Chicago Medical Center running smoothly (or as smoothly as it can be in a hospital drama, anyway).
We can all breathe a sigh of relief. Imagine a Chicago Med without these three? It would be like pizza without cheese, or a donut without the hole. Just wrong.
What About the Rest of the Gang?
Now, while we’re celebrating the return of our OG trio, let’s not forget about the rest of the crew. We’re still holding out hope for the return of fan favorites like Dr. Ethan Choi (Brian Tee) and Dr. Crockett Marcel (Dominic Rains). We miss their banter, their medical expertise, and their ability to cause chaos in equal measure.
