Enable Bluetooth in Windows Settings
You will need to get stuff configured first before you begin using a Bluetooth device, meaning that you go to Windows Settings (i.e. Settings app on Windows 10 and the Control Panel on Windows 7).
Windows 10 / Windows 8
1. Press Ctrl + X and Choose System from the context menu. Search for Bluetooth in the top left corner . You will see Bluetooth and other devices. Click on that.
2. Just switch to "On" position in Bluetooth Settings. Once Bluetooth has been enabled, you can click "Add Bluetooth or other devices" and then search for Bluetooth devices will begin with Windows 10.
